Pleasant experience there. Big & immaculately clean hotel, excellent service, particularly good and fantastic location in a very quiet safe neighborhood. Gorgeous property, spotless, bright rooms with Widescreen TV and the use of an iPad and tub. Marvellous breakfast with lots of delicacies and flexible staff.

Staff was genuinely helpful and hotel is spotlessly clean and charming old! Our room was a nice size, elegant and equipped with high quality linens, private bath. The service was efficient, the food was great.

I was given a nice size and elegant room just how expected it to be with Widescreen TV and very comfortable king beds, as for instance. The breakfast was delicious, I loved a great selection of food they served: D

The hotel rooms are gorgeous and attractive with high quality linens. The setting is incredible and amazing, near to the George Eastman House, well worth checking out as well as museums and Park Ave restaurants. Further, there's Strasenburgh Planetarium at a moderate distance from the venue too.

It has wonderful, favourable setting, near to the Park Avenue area restaurants and shops and Museums and Cultural sights and several good areas to park the car and then ride bike or walk along the Erie Canal Trail. It's at walking distance from The Avenue Diner, spent evening there. The breakfast in the dining room is satisfactory and gorgeous.

Central location, within easy walking distance of Planetarium. The service was efficient here.

The rooms were good-sized and well-kept with very comfortable king beds, you feel like home. The location offered was favourable and fantastic right by the George Eastman Museum, restaurants and businesses and museums, restaurants and other stores. It also was in a neighborhood.

This hotel's location is great! Walking distance from many fantastic restaurants and conveniently close to attractions. The service is wonderful and housekeeping is excellent! Room amenities include ironing facilities and air conditioning, as well as a cozy sitting area. I also appreciated the flat-screen TV and iPad in the room. Dining here was amazing and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Wi-Fi is free and there is a convenient on-site car park. this place was great for my stay!

It's perfect for my family.

The room was elegant with a lovely bed, and the provided breakfast was gorgeous. There was a fairly clean bathroom with a walk-in shower and a shower. The staff was courteous and nice and provided excellent service.

Big size and spotlessly clean hotel, location was comfy close to many good restaurants as well as Rochester for an appointment. Genuinely helpful staff, gave a lot of information. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable with a great selection of goodies. The service was efficient with parking on street. They had an early check-in.
